That Frank Strausser, writer of the off-Broadway show “Psycho Therapy,” snapped up a Georg Baselitz painting for $560,000 from Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac at the Frieze Art Fair, as well as a work by Sophie von Hellermann for $35,000 ... That designer and former Wilhelmina exec Natasha Esch and her tech-entrepreneur husband, Matt Coffin, opened a home store, MONC XIII, in Sag Harbor. They also recently purchased the 6,500-square-foot former Bridgehampton home of Sandy Gallin for $17.5 million . . . That Malin Akerman, Kevin Connolly, Nick Lachey and Minka Kelly have committed to eating just $1.50 worth of food, for at least a day, during the Global Poverty Project’s Live Below the Line challenge, May 7 to 11, to raise awareness of people in extreme poverty.
