Courtney Love knew how to make techie party-boy Michael Saylor feel special on his 47th birthday. The DC-based MicroStrategy honcho, who famously lost $6 billion in one day and is known for sailing with the jet set on the French Riviera, enlisted “every party promoter in the city” to pack the Highline Ballroom with hot ladies for Saturday’s bash.
