Yankee Stadium will turn into a real-life field of dreams today for the Utah boy whose grandmother died shielding him during a horrific Queens car crash.

Gabe Larsen, 11, and his grandmother Suzanne Nicholson were supposed to have a fun-filled vacation in the Big Apple — including taking in a Yankee game — but their taxi was in an accident on their way from Kennedy airport June 2.

Nicholson, 60, was killed in the three-vehicle collision on the Long Island Expressway.

Gabe’s dad said that his son was talking about seeing the Bronx Bombers while drifting in and out of consciousness as he recovered in the hospital.

Gabe will be guest of the team for the final Subway Series game this afternoon, a team official told The Post.
