Singer Roberta Flack yesterday kicked off a collection for the funeral of an unarmed Bronx teen shot dead by a police officer.

She and the Rev. Al Sharpton visited the grieving relatives of Ramarley Graham at their East 229th Street home, where Flack donated $500.

“I only know what I read, and I responded,” she said. “It was a heartfelt moment.”

Video surveillance footage released yesterday show Graham, 18, entering his apartment Thursday afternoon.

A few seconds later, narcotics officers arrive and begin trying to kick the door down, according to the video shown on WABC/Channel 7.

Graham was later shot in the bathroom.

The shooter, Officer Richard Haste, and Sgt. Scott Morris have been stripped of their guns and badges pending an investigation.

A grand jury may be convened to consider criminal charges, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Friday.

The National Action Network has contributed $500 toward the funeral and to fly Graham’s grandfather in from Jamaica.

Assemblyman Eric Stevenson (D-Bronx) said Graham’s grandmother was held by one of the cops and threatened.
