Harsh Padia, of Hap Capital Advisors, just bought a $17.05 million, five-story penthouse at 471 Washington St. that is considered one of the best downtown pads the city has to offer.

Padia and his wife first looked at the four-story penthouse, which was on the market for $15 million. But that was too small. So he bought also bought the entire floor below -- for more than $17 million.

"The views are insane," said listing broker Fredrik Eklund, of Prudential Douglas Elliman, who shared the listing with John Gomes.

The penthouse features 360-degree views, an all-glass, 1,000-square-foot sunroom and a rooftop pool. It also has four terraces and two balconies.

It is 7,200 square feet inside and 4,200 square feet outside. The unit, on floors seven to 11, takes up half the building, Eklund said.

The intricacies of the deal will be revealed in one of the first episodes of Bravo's new series, Million Dollar Listing New York, sources told The Post. The show airs in March.
