WAS: A BEDROOM
With the help of her visual team, Field turned her bedroom and bathroom (behind the dividers) into a hair salon (far right) offering everything from manic-panic pastel hair dyes to cuts (both starting at $60) and hair extensions. Head stylist Ayumi and her team do everything from wig-styling to Japanese straightening, starting at $300. Field’s custom made circular bed fashioned from green ostrich skin (near right) has been transferred to her new Lower East Side apartment, and replaced by the ruby-red chairchairs from Field’s now-shuttered original SoHo store, known as Hotel Venus.
